Pre-Requisite:
- ALL Apprentices: 2nd Year of Day School Complete
- Steamfitter and Fabricator Apprentices: Pipe Trades Math, Basic Math Online
- HVAC Service & Plumber Apprentices: Basic Math Online
Day/Time: Mondays starting August 19, 2026 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for 11 weeks

- Pipefitting Cards
Course Description: This course covers procedures for cutting, soldering, and brazing of pipe and tubing. Upon completion, students should be able to solder and braze pipe, tubing, and fittings in various positions. The learning units include:
- Safety and Safe Work Practices
- Soldering & Brazin Processes
- Types and Uses of Copper Tubing and Pipe
- Solders, Brazing Filler Metals and Fluxes
- Joining Preparation and Assembly
- Making a Soldered Joint and a Brazed Joint
- Performance Testing for Soldered and Brazed Joints
- Braze Materials
